In 1994, the enterprise established a factory.

In 1995, in response to the industrial policy of Sinopec on the localization of additives, it was built as a supporting device for the localization of Qilu Petrochemical Styrene-butadiene antioxidant TNPP. The antioxidant TNPP won the gold medal at the 3rd National New Products and Technologies Expo.

In 1996, the production process and product technical indicators of antioxidant TNPP met the standards of General Electric (GE) in the United States. Implement the requirements for localization of additives.

In 1997, in order to solve the problem of pollution in the production of Pentachlorobenzenethiol DMF solvent method, the main component of rubber plastisol SJ-103, the new production process of ethanol solvent method was completed, and the environmental protection in the production process was realized.

In 1998, completed the pilot test of antioxidant DSTDP and DLTDP.

In 1999, antioxidant 168 was commercially produced.

In 2000, the dye intermediate DSD acid project was completed.

In 2001, the unit division operation of the two workshops in the branch was completed.

From 2002 to 2004, China experienced a bumpy period for state-owned enterprises.

In May 2004, Laiwu Ruiguang Rubber and Plastic Additives Factory was officially established. The enterprise goal is to focus on the manufacturing of fine chemicals, professional rubber and plastic additives, and concentrate on creating value for partners.

In 2005, environmentally friendly organic metal complex rubber plasticizer R was put into production.

In 2006, the PVC processing modifier ACR resin achieved industrial production.

In 2007, our factory became the general agent of Triangle Group Co., Ltd. "Star" brand and Fengshen Tire Co., Ltd. "Yulin" brand all steel radial truck tire in Laiwu area.

In 2008, the rubber tackifying resin phenolic series achieved industrial production.

In 2009, we upgraded the industrial production of environmentally friendly cerium oxide rare earth clarifying agents for pharmaceutical glass.

In 2010, the environmentally friendly chemical plasticizer DBD was industrialized, and the use effect of particle product plasticizer A-86 exceeded that of similar foreign products.

In 2011, the enterprise website was launched, adhering to the principle of technology first, and manufacturing environmentally friendly and green products for customers is our responsibility.

In 2012, a synthetic resin production line was established to produce ACR resin, phenolic resin, petroleum resin, and other products simultaneously.

In 2013, the antioxidant production line process was improved by replacing nonylphenol with C10 isomers to synthesize environmentally friendly antioxidant TNPP. And form collinear production with SP, BLE, 168, and DLTDP. Became a member of Alibaba Chengxin Tong at the end of the year.

In 2014, 2000 tons/year of rubber additives were put into production as dispersed masterbatch. Established Laiwu Ruichang Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd

In 2015, participated in the China International Tire and Rubber Technology (Qingdao) Exhibition, China (Guangrao) International Rubber Tire and Automotive Parts Exhibition, and China International Rubber Technology Exhibition (Shanghai Aisen Tire Exhibition). The product focuses on the production and technology of rubber additives.

In 2016, limited to the national environmental protection situation, 800 t/a PCTP production line was jointly constructed in Chayouhou Banner, Ulanqab City, Inner Mongolia. The later expansion will be 2000 tons/year.

In 2017, in response to the conversion of new and old kinetic energy in Shandong, 800 t/a aniline method environmental friendly plasticizer DBD production line and 6000 t/a high-quality phenolic resin plant (2000 t/a Alkylphenol acetylene resin, 4000 t/a special functional vulcanized resin) were built in Wuhai City, Inner Mongolia.

In 2018, professional exhibitions were added to the Ningbo Plastic and Rubber Industry Expo (Zhejiang). Hebei Rubber and Plastic Packaging Exhibition (Zhengding, Shijiazhuang). China Rubber Industry Association hosts the Rubber Annual Conference and Rubber Industry Exhibition. Rubber Additives Professional Committee (New Materials for Rubber Industry). Laiwu Ruichang Rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. plans to expand overseas markets by specialized import and export companies.

In 2019, Laiwu belonged to the provincial capital Jinan. India International Rubber and Tire Industry Exhibition (Mumbai). China Rubber Annual Conference and Rubber Industry Exhibition (Guangzhou). In 2020, the product planning business will focus on forming four segments: rubber plastisol, dispersant, rubber special functional resin and antioxidant. Among them, chemical plasticizers have a comprehensive solution for the entire variety and industry chain.

In 2021, on the basis of Alkylphenol Polyacetylene resin, realize the development of liquid rubber products, coexistence of two varieties and complementary advantages.

In 2022, the Laboratory of Multifunctional Molecular Structure Research Center will be built.
