Rubber Adhesive RA-65 (HMMM) Product Manual
Chemical composition: complex of hexamethoxymethyl melamine HMMM and organic and inorganic carriers.
Rubber adhesive RA-65 is a mixture of 65% hexamethoxymethyl melamine and inorganic carrier, which belongs to methylene donor adhesive.
Physical and chemical properties: When used in conjunction with methylene acceptors, it plays a role in bonding rubber to skeleton materials such as steel wire. White fine and fast powder, non flying, easy to disperse, and stable in storage.

Instructions for use:
1. The rubber adhesive RA-65 reacts with the methylene acceptor to produce adhesion, for example, the rubber adhesive Resorcinol formaldehyde resin N-8 reacts together to generate thermosetting resin. This reaction will occur quickly at the vulcanization temperature. If the reaction occurs before vulcanization, the bonding effect of the coordination system will be greatly reduced or even lost. Usually, a mixture of rubber, filler, and methylene acceptor is prepared at high temperatures, and then rubber adhesive RA-65 is added together with accelerator and sulfur during the final refining process in the later stage of rubber refining.
The recommended proportion is 2-5 parts of rubber adhesive RA-65 for every 100 parts of rubber, and 2-5 parts of N-8 Resorcinol formaldehyde resin.
Packaging, storage and transportation:
1. The outer packaging of rubber adhesive RA-65 is woven bags or paper bags, and the inner packaging is polyethylene plastic bags, with a net weight of 25Kg per package.
2. Before transportation and storage, the product packaging should be checked for completeness and damage. During the storage and transportation process, the products should be classified and stacked in a dry, clean, and cool warehouse to strictly prevent moisture and heat deterioration.
3. The effective storage period is one year.
