Product Introduction:

1. Tear resistant resin is a polymer composed of amorphous structures and crystals. As a functional resin, it can be widely used in polar and non-polar rubbers such as natural rubber, Styrene-butadiene, Polybutadiene, EPDM rubber, and can significantly improve the viscosity and processing properties of rubber compounds.

2. Tear resistant resin can be used in truck and engineering tire tread, effectively improving the cutting and tear resistance of the tire tread compound, as well as the resistance to chipping and chipping.

3. Tear resistant resin can be used in car tires to effectively improve the wet grip performance of the tread.

4. The compatibility between tear resistant resin and rubber is good, with an addition of 3-20%, which can endow the rubber material with good dynamic properties. It can be used in aviation, military industry, high-speed railway rubber parts, automotive electrical insulation materials, and ship rubber floors, and can replace aromatic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, and phenolic resins, fully meeting the requirements of European REACH regulations.
