Properties: Nontoxic,partly fusing,nearly insolublein water and most organic solvent. Stored stablely in normal conditions.
Applications: Be suitable for plastication of nature or synthetic rubber.It can be use in both open mill and interal mixer.The optimal temperature is 50 to 80℃ for cold mastication and 130 to 160℃ for hot mastication.It doesn’t influence the physical-mechanical properties and ageing resistance.Peptizer SJ-103,corresponding to the product RENACIT-VII,is a type of the labor productivity greatly.The quality of this product has been tested and approved by the famous Dunlop Company(UK) and Pirelli Tire Company(Italy) .
Adding method: 1 ① To be added independently; ② to be added together with accelerators such as M，DM；③ add at the initial stage of mixing,when processing one step carbon black masterbatch.
