    Function:
    Liquid butadiene rubber LBR-50 is a new type of polymer material synthesized by new technology. It has complete chain structure, wide molecular weight distribution, low glass transition temperature, high viscosity, high low temperature viscosity, non-drying and long-lasting, and good compatibility with other polymer materials. Excellent air tightness and water tightness. It has the characteristics of high elasticity, good wear resistance, good cold resistance, low heat generation, good flexibility and dynamic performance. It is a special reactive softener.
    Application:
    This product is suitable for all kinds of adhesives and sealants, especially for the adhesives and sealants used under low temperature conditions. Can significantly improve the low temperature viscosity of ethylene-propylene rubber, polyisobutylene, butyl rubber, polyurethane, etc.
    ◆It has the following uses in tires
    1 As a special softener, it can not only reduce the mixing time, reduce the extrusion temperature, but also participate in the reaction.
    2 It is used as a tackifier, its warming property is comparable to tackifier resin, but it can reduce the heat generation of the rubber compound.
    3 Adding 2-4% to the formula of all-steel radial tire carcass and belt layer can reduce the calendering temperature and prevent sulfur blooming.
    4 Adding 2-4% to the synthetic rubber tread formula can improve the adhesion of the joint.
    ◆Application in rubber shoes, rubber hose, tape, rubber sheet, conveyor belt, covering glue, wire insulation glue, tape, putty, painting, varnished cloth, sporting goods (golf ball). The glass transition temperature is very low (about -100°C), so it has excellent low temperature resistance; low heat build-up; excellent wear resistance; low tear strength, easy to crack and shatter. Good flexibility; good weather resistance and ozone resistance; high transparency, easy to make light-colored products.
    ◆This product has the properties of thermoplastic elastomer, with large compression deformation and good fluidity. It is amorphous at room temperature without load, and has high deformation ability when subjected to external force. It is a material with good elasticity and cold resistance. And because the molecular chain is relatively regular, crystal reinforcement can be obtained during stretching. It can be used for the modification of various substances such as polystyrene, ABS resin, PP and PE.
